About the size difference between the display size of the purchase screen and the size which you can get by PRIMA.
As you can see below, the display size of amazon purchase screen and the size which you get by PRIMA are different.

Amazon screen display:
The size which a seller entered when creating the product page.

Acquiring by PRIMA(= acquiring by MWS): 
Basically the size which a seller entered when creating the product page. However, If it was obviously a different size at the time of delivery at FBA center, FBA center will re-dimensioned and input a different number.
 
Thus, usually the size of Amazon screen display and PRIMA are same, but the size which acquired by PRIMA is more accurate than amazon screen. 
I want to get “to ship within 2 to 3 days”.
“Preparation Period of the Shipment” is considered handling time for seller condition of amazon.co.jp. 

You do not have a choise to select “within 3 days”, and you can only choose from the following three options by PRIMA.
[none][in stock][up to 7 days]

Because the response of the MWS is not programed for 3 to 7 days.

Thus, if you select “up to 7days”, you can also get data including “within 6 to 7 days” and also you are able to acquire “ to ship within 2 to 3 days”.
When I reinstalled OS again, the license could not be authorized.
If you clean-installed (reinstalled) your Windows, the address of your PC might be changed, so you need to re-issue the license again.

If you need to re-issue the license, please contact PRIMA support team.
Do I need to pay for re-issuing the license?
You will not be charged if it is the terminal change or OS reinstallation.
(If you request to re-issue the license many times in short period of time, you will be charged for it.)

We will re-issue your license if you request it.
I can not acquire data because of an “entire error” notification.
This reason might be a registration error of MWSID of amazon.co.jp.
Please try it again with refer to manual after updating MWSID.

If you still can not get the data, please contact  PRIMA support.
I want to start several PRIMA on the same PC at the same time.
We do not recommend it because it is out of operation guarantee, but you are able to start several PRIMA on the same PC at the same time.

However, there is a limit that “you can only acquire data up to O within an hour” because it is out of  the acquisition server, so even you try to operate it at the same time, the limit will occur and the speed of the acquisition data will slow down.

If you start to run 2 PRIMA at the same time and divided JP and world separately, those will not be limited because those are different data acquisition server.
 How much is the additional license?
The additional license will be $10.00 cheaper than the original cost.
Please check more details on the current selling page.

PRIMA is cooperated with MWS account, so even though you get the additional license, you can not get data more than API request.

Thus, if you would like to add the license, and the Amazon MWS account is same one, you might not be met with your desired result.
I haven’t received the license.
The e-mail might be distributed to the junk mail depending on the domain that is received because of the e-mail stand server.

We are planning to improve and change SMTP server and others in the future.
Usually after applying for Paypal we send a message which is includes the license within a few hours.

If you do not receive any message within 24 hours, please contact PRIMA support team.
ASIN list must be prepared in advance?
Yes, of course.
Please note that ASIN list is an inventory data, and it’s not provided from now.

PRIMA is the tool of collecting data or price from domestic or international Amazon based on the inventory report on Amazon or existing ASIN list.
This tool is not for collecting new ASIN list.
Inventory report should be prepared separately?
Inventory report is the inventory file where you downloaded your own inventory data by txt file on Amazon.
In the case of Amazon.com, you are able to download from the following seller central page. (※ you need to log in)

Select Report Typs is okay with “Inventory Report” of default.
Can I use PRIMA by Desktop cloud?
PRIMA is already tested with Desktop cloud (VPS).

It will run without any problems.
However, if you already authenticate the license once on your home PC, you need to re-issue the license again, so please contact PRIMA support team.
Is it possible to acquire the cheapest BUY BOX?
There is no option to acquire a product on Buy Box only.

Only the seller who meet the variety of criterias such as price can get Buy Box.
 This criteria is private by Amazon. 

Especially in the case of products that many sellers list up, the user who get BuyBox often change every few hours. 
You can not get it because it’s not provided by Amazon MWS. 
Can I acquire the selling price of a specific seller?
Currently you can not acquire it by Amazon MWS.

If the tool exists, it will be much convenient as you can copy the top sellers. 
However, if the tool is provided, we will implement it right away.
I want to apply for PRIMA again.
In this case, because license-authentication failed when you started PRIMA.
The reason will be:

When you started PRIMA, the environment of  PC internet was not normal.
There is a connection failure on the server of the license-authentication. 

If the environment of internet was not normal when you started PRIMA, please fix the internet environment again. If you restart the PRIMA again, the license-authentication will be completed normally.

If it was a connection failure by the side of license-authentication, please restart PRIMA several times, and the license authentication will be competed.
*Every 3 months, we conduct the maintenance of the server-side. The connection might be instability at the time. 
I already registered the license, but suddenly it’s an unregistered license.
In this case, because license-authentication failed when you started PRIMA.
The reason will be:

When you started PRIMA, the environment of  PC internet was not normal.
There is a connection failure on the server of the license-authentication. 

If the environment of internet was not normal when you started PRIMA, please fix the internet environment again. If you restart the PRIMA again, the license-authentication will be completed normally.
If it was a connection failure by the side of license-authentication, please restart PRIMA several times, and the license authentication will be competed.
※ Every 3 months, we conduct the maintenance of the server-side. The connection might be instability at the time.   
I do not know Windows is either 64 BIT or 32 BIT

About the result of data acquisition for converting the uppercase → lowercase somewhere in a string of ASIN
ASIN is usually constituted by uppercase for all the letters. However, if the user who converted letters to lowercase, you will not acquire the number of sellers or some other things by the specifications of MWS; therefore, you will eventually receive 0 result.

Example: If you converted from B0002YNCP4 to  b0002yncp4

However, only “Price” and “Shipping fee” will be acquired normally, there is a possibility that inconsistencies occur in the output data.
Please import all the ASIN same as the Amazon screen (uppercase) to PRIMA.
I can’t install .NETFRAMEWORK3.5 by VPS condition.
For VPS circumstance, please contact directly to company of the server if you can’t install it.
.NetFramework3.5 depends on windows version.

However, most of the time, you can install from the following process:
[Windows start menu]→ [management tool]→ [server manager]→ [add feature] 
Does PRIMA has compatible with Windows10?
It is currently not supported.
After August 2015 we have considered the correspondence. (Time TBD)
Q. You can\\\'t manually change a price lower than the minimum acceptable price which was set on the repricing mode.If you change it on the seller central, an error mail will be sent to you by Amazon.
A. On PRIMA, the value which was set on the minimum acceptable price will be registered on Amazon as a fixed price.
You can't manually change the price lower than that.

When you change the setting price, please upload the repricing and price&Quantityfile on PRIMA.
